Research Interest areas:

Dr. Kumar’s research interest area is existential psychology with a particular focus on ‘human quest to find meaning in life’ and human behaviour. He believes that there is no meaning of life and existence. Rather we assign meaning to our existence, justify it, live, and survive. His work and thoughts are primarily based on his own quest of finding the meaning of life and his clinical experiences with his clients.

He helps his clients to find answers. ‘why we are here’, ‘what is life all about’ and ‘purpose of existence’.
